Didn't read all the PP's. But you say you reconnected cut wires? No spark, check your start off button, sounds like your grounding out the coil. Dumb question, and I know it's a Harley, but my cousin has a Kowi that has a built in engine kill in the jiffy stand. My rides a 94, carbed, no ELI, or alarm. so I'm just winging it here. Worth a shot Wright?
