Ohm out the coil .. it takes 9volts + to turn on the fuel injection from ecm .. What is your reading at the batter during cranking and just for heck of it did you check to see if a fuse was pulled
Have you checked all the connections for corrosion? if you are keeping it on a charger you should not see that big of a loss when cranking. have you tried taking the battery out and charging it direct? With no spark it looks like it's not getting the voltage you need to fire. Do you have a manual so you can trace the schematic from ignition to starter?
