Hello everyone,
Finally! I worked out all details and took my project out for the first ride
Here it is! Not even closed to the 5 boxed of parts, a frame & two wheels I got 2.5 months ago!
I'm pretty happy with the results drives like dream & lots go people gave me the thumbs up for my paint job...
Let me know what do you think

Lots of help from you and the forum.. Boy I'm glad I found this place I've never played much with bikes and having all the advice and support gets you a long way.
I still have a little of that front cylinder noise ... A couple of guys told me its sounds normal but makes me uneasy...
The noise got better by about 50% when I got the timing right but I can still hear it...
I need some one who is familiar with HDs to listen to it and tell me what they think... Or I might just bite the bullet and take it to the HD dealer and have it diagnosed. Have to wait to have money for that.
