What states are checking motorcycles?

No inspection or emissions in Washington state for all motorcycles

My county in Georgia does not do emissions inspections, but some of the nearby ones do. Not sure how it would turn out if a rider was stopped in a county that does have emissions checks when living in one that does not.

Legally one has to abide by the laws/jurisdiction he/she is physically in; unless you have "political" immunity.

South Carolina does not inspect anything. A person can do just about anything he wants to do down here. This is still the good ol USA around here! For those of you who forgot....that means freedom. (EDIT)
