Back in the early 70's I had a new Kawasaki 750 triple cylinder two-stroke. It was crazy fast and I got a pile of tickets, the worst of which was 65 over in a 45 zone. Sold it and became responsible but I always missed riding. Bought the King in 08 after not riding for 34 years. Now I barley go the speed limit. I guess in some cases, wisdom comes with age.

Had Kawasaki and Yamaha dirt bikes before I joined the military. Had a spell of misfortune in my younger and dumber days when I didn't own a car so I rode a Suzuki year round till I could afford both a truck and a HD.

I had a yamaha 400 for my first bike...an old family friend helped me get it road worthy paid 50bucks and 150 bucks to get it on the road ....sold 3 three weeks later for 300.00 cause I wanted to go away and party for the weekend..(young kid dumb)...then in 1997 I bought a Yamaha Maxim 750 from my dad's friend who was getting to old to ride paid 500 bucks 200 bucks to make her rode worthy and drove that for 10 years selling it for 1800.bucks! bought my 07 sporty in Feb of 09 and my 09 RKC in May......anyone in Germany wanna buy a Sporty 8)

I've pretty much had the usual suspects on two wheels over the years,motorcross YZ RM KX When younger,CBR600 CBR9000,V-MAX,SUZUKI 1200 BANDIT and a piaggio 250 scooter (don't ask lol)

Starting with a Rupp 5hp mini bike then a suzuki 90, a Kaw.125, Yam. 400 Kaw 650. got married had kids 20yrs later 2002 Suzuki Volusia... then finnally my 05 ultra classic... loved them all.
