Those messages are usually fraudulent and require entering personal data which really will screw you up.DO NOT RESPOND TO THE MESSAGE
If you must, contact Paypal directly yourself. If you are going to forward the message, they need the message header including the routing . But for the most part they originate out of this country and enforcement is limited. This ranks right up there with the Nigerian Lottery Win you'll be getting next week.
