I like Iceman24's fix, but the only concern I would have is snagging the removable bagliner on the R-clip. There is another type of clip, the snap-ring clip. Basically a pin that goes through the mounting pin and has a ring that snaps down against its self.

wow both fixes are great idea's...but I like the idea of the snap ring clip....I'm headed out for some tomorrow! just another reason to keep to surfing this site! thanks dudes
