Gas prices

Filled up the Bob last night @ 3.25 here in Jacksonville, 10 per cent alcohol

Regular gasoline has been hoverng around $2.89 here in "Lake Chuck" (Louisiana) for about three weeks now but saw some on the way home from work today for $2.85.

Vancouver B.C.
4.25 US gal for reg (87 octane 10% ethanol)
4.87 US gal for premium (94 no ethanol)
89 and 91 somewhere inbetween.

2.95 in St. Louis. If it gets to $4 -$5 like some are predicting, you may as well forget about an economic recovery. Not meaning to get political just stating an opinion.

David: I'm in St. Louis too. If gas prices reach what they predict, I will have a lot of bad hair days (helmet hair) at work this year. Sounds like a great excuse to ride the bike to my conservative office!:)

California prices are high, and like Prof I have used "Premium" (91 RO) in $3.53 to $3.58 range, "Mid Grade" (89 RO) in $3.47 to $3.52 range, and "Regular" (87 RO) in $3.31 to $3.36 range.

But it has been worse...and even more so as our brothers and sisters in Europe and elsewhere have said, pricing in the States is really nothing to complain about, in 5 years or so fuel prices will likely be comparable.
