Well it won't make toast because your only putting out 60 volts but it should get warm. Better yet,,, use an old 1000 watt hair dryer. It won't blow like it does when you plug it in a wall, but it should blow like it's on "low" when it is really set for "high".
With the hair dryer set on high, it is expecting to see 120 AC. So if your stator puts out 60 volts at 3000 RPM, the hair dryer will just blow like it's on "low".
The fan should blow and you you should feels plenty of heat coming out of the hair dryer at 3000 RPM.
