I totally agree with BUBBIE...in my experience when this process was introduced in California, my car AND bike fuel mileage dropped about 20%! I thought something had happened to vehicles...but it was consistant over the whole summer & fall driving season. True, modern vehicles have been modified to deal with this lean burning fuel (read lower energy), but diluted fuel.
