2007 dyna stalls at all red lights

+1 on the IAC. I use mass air flow sensor cleaner. Carb cleaner and some others are rather harsh.

Very good point, make sure what you are using is sensor safe, a lot of cleaners are not. Stuff a rag in the throttle body and protect painted parts also. Let the cleaner work and dry out good before starting
