wait to ride?

I live out in a rural area, I have 700' of gravel driveway, it's on a north slope, I look at ice on the driveway or it turns a little mushy until the frost is gone. Usually have to wait until the end of march. It's difficult when the roads are clear and the weather in the 40s'.:coffee

I wait for a few good thunderstorms to go buy. Cleans the salt and some of the sand. Soon!!!!!:guitar

I always wait until after the 1st nice rain to wash off all the salt , I figure all the chrome is too $$$$$$ to get pitted from the salt on the roadways but that's your call .
