Turning corners

The important thing is to enter the turn slower than you need to and accelerate out of the turn. You don't want to enter and then have to slow. Higher rpm's gives you more options to maintain traction. Anything under 2000 is not good. Use engine breaking and then accelerate out of the turn.

This is pretty much the way I take turns. When you accelerate in the turn that allows the back tire to keep more traction.
 
If you're have trouble with slower turns, find a vacant parking lot and practice. Try reproducing the kind of turn you are having some trouble with and master it so it becomes second nature.
