Yes you are correct about that. It slipped my mind. That’s really why I replaced the main shaft, and 6th gear. The main shaft, and the inner surface of 6th gear we’re a little rough. 6th gear came with the needle bearings installed. The OEM chain tensioner had the chain so tight, the chain had less the a 1/4” movement before I pulled the tensioner, clutch pack and compensator. I knew the bearings were wasted at that point.
