That always makes me laugh....Put a pot of water on a burner, get it boiling then quickly remove it from the burner, then stick your right hand in the water and your left one on the burner.......there both hot!!! but one is dry :s

I talked to a guy from Virginia while visiting Chimney Rock Park in North Carolina a few years ago. We got to talking about where we were from and where we had ridden. He mentioned that he had ridden out to California once and had told his father back in Virginia that it was hot in the deserts he had to cross but it was o.k. because it was a dry heat. Without missing a beat, his father said, "Your mother uses dry heat to cook chickens."
