It's been doing it even before the slip ons, it hasn't increased nor decreased the ping. I don't believe the SL are affecting the situation. The other dealer is an hour drive away and my have to go that direction.
How can a Stage 1 increase fuel when all it does is return the system back to stock AFR to compensate for the S1 mods? The S1 DL is with in the EPA rules, in any state you're in.
 
yes, I reside in the Socialist state of Commiefornia. So, you are saying a S1 DL could very well help richen, so long as I keep the OEM intake & filter?
Also, to my knowledge, all current production bikes with EFI meet CARB requirements, regardless of state. Those that don't, will by 2010.

All HD Stage 1 DL are the same, in all 50 states! So, I guess a S1 DL isn't worth the time?

The dealer says they saw no codes, as I asked if any showed up.
 
I think I will talk to the other dealer first and pick their brain, then maybe go the DL 1st before pursuing another ave.
 
Pull the codes yourself. its shown here on the board how to do it that will tell you for sure if there are any or not adn then go from there.. if you know there are some it gives you a better ideal before going to the dealer
 
Codes I just pulled
P0131 & PO151, both front and rear o2's low (lean)

Interesting because I just put the Xieds back on a few days ago. Probably should have checked prior but didn't know how. I will remove them next and figre out how to clear the present codes, if I can.
