still can't download info

There are some areas of the forum where the post count does not apply when replying to prevent members from making 150 posts just for the purpose of running up their count so they can download files.

Hey when you're really good those that have been had don't even know they've been had. So there shouldn't be any poof. :bigsmiley18:
