still can't download info

I have over 200 posts and have been a member since 9 Dec 2009 and it still says that I do not have permission to down load anything. What is the daeal? Can anyone help? thanks.

You need 150 posts and 150 days active membership to be able to download files on the forum.

Thanks Glider. I don't post a lot. I would like to get up to the limit and am pretty close now. I went to the newbie section and tried to welcome a few to get a few more but I notice that it did not run my post count up. Oh well.
