Well...jumping w/car might've fried something (i.e. solenoid) so if the new battery didn't resolve your starting problems - best to look at the starter components too. Good luck!

Right, if you tried with an other battery from a car without any change, look for the relay or the starter

i agree w/jack,,,fully chared battery wclean ends...electrical must have clean contacts,,what i would do is do a voltage drop across the starter.this is a very good way of determining available voltage,any bad grnds/pwrs and the over all condition of the starter and circuit
