Should you pay more than book value for a Harley?

Dolt is right.
Sit on the fence long enough and 2 things happen.
You get the bike or someone else does.
Your the one that needs to decied if the bike is worth the price. We not only haven't seen it and most of us (me) don't want it.
Not meaning to be negative just being honest from my side of the fence.

Here's a couple of photos of the bike.

Certainly a good-looking bike. I like to look at the front wheel.
Have you ridden that very much yet

I'd like to buy it, but if I pay what the dealer wants I'll get killed when I trade it in down the road. Do you think a dealer would give me $1,400 above trade in book value? Not a chance.

NO BIKE,is ever gonna increase in value. They all take a hit. This one has already taken the biggest hit.Thats from new to used.If you haven't sat down and made an offer, you don't know what they'll sell it for.Your still not saying what your trade is,or what they'll give for your trade.Making me suspect your unrealistic on the trade value.
