Security Pager- Need Help

The antenna is a part of the unit. Sounds to me like you have the Smart Siren.........not the Smart Siren II. Do you know the part number of the siren that's installed? Should be on the box or the receipt?

There is no antenna wire coming out of mine as in the picture but it does chirp when the bike is disturbed after the system has been armed.

No wonder they could not get it to work with the pager. There's no antenna.

Yes I am. I am rapidly losing confidence in this service department.

To answer 90FXRS, no I don't have the number. I bought the security at the time of purchase so I never received a specific receipt or the box. But I am getting ready to call and see if they can look up what they installed. I'm not holding my breath

I just talked to them here is what they told me. What was installed was a "Powered Alarm System"

No mention of the Siren name

I am susppose to receive a call back tomorrow about wheather or not the correct one was installed after they call HD to confirm. They said the system changed for the 2011 bikes. Maybe I just have a defective pager, who knows.
