Riding for 65 yrs.

I've been riding legally for 63 years and I'm 77. Florida allowed restricted license for - 5 hp bikes at 14. They didn't even have mini bikes then, but lots of European (not Japanese) motorcycles and of course Cushmans.

If you start at 12 on a mini bike.
Must be 77 plus if it maters.
I have a friend pushing 80 and jumps on his trike sometimes he even rides for a few miles.
I'm around my forties unless I look in the mirror, then I see an old man of 72 that I don't recognize.

Hey everyone...thanks for the "Howdy's".

Hi and welcome from Upstate NY. Sorry can't help you with your problem BUT as you have seen, there are a lot of knowledgeable people here who will be glad to help out.

As for the age thing - so what, who cares? Your as old as you feel and want to be in my opinion. Age is just a number - it's what's inside that counts and how active you are ;)

If you think 70 is old to be riding - check this out:

101 years old and still riding on two wheels. I think most of us have a LONG way to go yet ;)
