Softail Backrest Question
Hello everyone...First time HD Owner and we have the fever bad! I am in need of assistance though. .....I recently purchased a 2009 FXSTC Softail Custom. In preparation for our first road trip to the ROT Rally in Austin Texas, I have purchased the HD Signature Series Touring Seat and the Smooth Leather Tour-pack for my Soft Tail Custom. Problem is my wife wants to have the comfort of the backrest pad similiar to the King Tour-Pack Backrest Pad, which gives that wrap-around comfort feeling do to the arm rest.
My question: Can the King Tour-Pack Backrest Pad be fitted to replace the existing backrest pad which come standard on the Smooth Tour-Pak Luggage? Can any of the backrest pads with armrest replace the stock pad on it?
Any help would be appreciated.
