Well, it is possible. For anyone to say that nothing bad can happen just proves what little they know about incompatibility in regards to chemicals. Similar to water and oil, when two substances are incompatible, they will fight and repel each other. What happens to compromisable friction points in an engine while this is occuring is left to debate. But what do I know, I only have 315 posts..........................

I see the point you are trying to make and also with your comment about your "315" posts, it's also noted too......however you are using the "oil and water" as your analogy which is a very poor analogy IMO and I can only conclude from there that you have no idea of the properties of the aforementioned products and their compatibility.

Synthetic oil base stocks and dino oil will mix very well with no bad effects. Perhaps you can show us some technical data in regards to what you posted to back up your statement?
