No Fuel Pump Sound when ignition turned on

Jeff Klarich, I can find no information in either the repair manual or the EDM on location of said relay. Is it a test for continuity?

According to the manual , the power to the pump comes directly from the BCM ( F4).( so no relais) I suppose there , s power on the connector of the injectionpump. Since the pump may be stuck, and is not running, the diagnostic- code is "poweroverload" .
The BCM is now sending so much power to the pump , then normally , to try get it running, resulting in this code !.
So the pump is the culprit , in this case , is my thought !!.

I'm surprised a relay is not in the mix, If that's the case I stand corrected.
