I'm not sure how this will affect the business side of things but I figured everyone here should know about it
MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minneapolis ad agency Carmichael Lynch is parting with motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson Inc. after a 31-year, award-winning run.
The agency said Monday it could take the Harley brand no further. Milwaukee-based Harley-Davidson has struggled in recent years trying to appeal to a younger demographic.
Doug Spong, president of Carmichael Lynch, says the agency decided it was in its best interest to part ways.
The Star Tribune reports there's no immediate word on layoffs, although the agency said other new business would take up the slack caused by the departure of Harley.
