Problem found!
When disconnecting the speedo wiring under the gas tank, the fuse did not blow. Went a step further and took the head of the speedo off of the end of the wires and the fuse did not blow. Once I put the head of the speedo itself on the end of the wires, it blew again. The problem is within the speedo head itself, not a wire.
Hooking up the TSSM and Ignition Module did not blow a fuse if the head of the speedo was disconnected.
Luckily for me, there is only one problem.
Was able to crank the motor fine but of course I did not start it with the gas tank off.
