Is it good to drive by your self like to thunder in the valley

Most of my rides are solo, it is about as much freedom as one can get. While I do ride with a group of friends sometime, and I do enjoy their company, there is something about being out there by myself that just feels right. As far as thunderstorms, I live in Fl and if I waited for the weatherman to say 0% chance of rain I might never get on the bike. Buy some good rain gear and take your time to get used to the bike on wet surface and you will not even think twice about taking off knowing you might get wet.
