EPA is the driving force behind the quiet. Is there law now that says you can't upgrade exhaust?

There has been a federal law preventing this for more years than I can remember. Even my SE adjustable pushrods had a disclaimer on them saying 'For offroad use only'. Unless you live in a communist state, I don't see you getting rejected for it on your inspection.

I saw the new Fat Boy yesterday. I don't think I like the brushed finish on the heads and exhaust system. That new LED headlight is very nice!!
