I have my home and auto with USAA. When I got the bike, that's who I called. Guess what. For motorcycle insurance they act as your agent and the bike is insured by Progressive. My claim service with USAA has been better than outstanding. I hope I never find out, but it would be interesting to see how it is with Progressive with USAA as the agent.

my wife and I both have progressive ..over ten years .only a couple of claims ,but they gave us a list of their approved repair shops (with warranty on work ) got an estimate from any one of their approved places .sent check asap to us .on one occasion we had work done at thier approved spot ,on other ,got the check and had buddy do repair .my opinion is, good rates .quick pay.no complaints here.
