Help me remove cover under ignition

I do'nt need to pull the whole ignition I don't think just to get the acc, spot light switch cover off. It should clear the shaft somehow

No manual yet dealer said they where on back order ,nice eh and there not helping me with any info either. And theres no nut

not 100% sure but shouldnt that cover under the ign switch snap on & off ?

got it finally
I didnt know the top of the shaft came apart the gray round thing unscrews then you pull the pieces underneath till its small enough to lift off cover
