Football air filter cover

Thanks Hobbit. I'm running the SE AC with the football cover. It's wide open behind the cover and I wonder if it will be a problem in the rain. I just installed it last November with I put the TFI on and have not ridden it until last Monday due to many inches of snow.

I have the Ness and K&N filter and use the stock AC cover. I'm in FL and have hit heavy rain.. bike runs no issue. Just my experience.

HD has a rain sock for stage 1 round filter.

I have the Arlen Ness Big Sucker air cleaner with the stock football cover. The bike has been dynoed with the SERT.

Would replacing the football cover with the round nostalgic bar & shield cover restrict the air flow enough to require any ECM changes?
