Hi Fisher What in the world is OBDII??? Other issue. If I change to modified heads, better breathing, larger valves, a gear drive longer duration cam system, can I really get a substantial drop in the exhaust temps?? We have no emission testing in Florida. The bike has to run better , with better longevity, if I can get it cooler. Thanks Mike

The temp issue is way overblown.Unless you're an engineer you will be causing more issues than you're curing.If you wanna make more power you'll make more heat.Yep more heat.Oh and it's Onboard Diagnostics II.Just like a car.You will have emissions sooner or later.ODB II is a precursor to that.Why are you concerned?Is your bike breaking down?You oughta see the exhaust temps in one of those big four cylinder sportbikes!
