OK. Bore kit. Flowed heads. Muscle cams. SERT. Dyno tune.
As Hoople said above, while you are doing the big bore kit, split the case and have the crank trued, pin welded, and re-trued. More muscle will very likely scissor the stock crank.
Now once you price all that out, you may be better off getting a large displacement S&S engine ready to go and just mount that in.
