The two I have had are 2002 FLHT and 2005 FXSTD; sold the FLHT two years ago and still regret it. Still have the FXSTD, not riding as much as I have, rotator cuff repair right shoulder, full reverse replacement on left shoulder a couple of years later; getting older but still want to ride aggressively but reflexes, reaction time, weight of the bike, etc. makes me more of a cruiser than a canyon carver. The FX is sitting in the garage at the moment with a flat rear tire; gotta get it up on the left and repair. Never a fan of the M8 although I have a couple of friends that said they would never own on but once they bit the bullet, they have changed their minds and love the new bikes. Hi flow intake, exhaust, cam and a tune and 120/130 numbers and claims of a better handling bike. I am thinking I might need a lighter bike if I am going to keep riding, maybe a Sportster since my 500 mile day trips are behind me now; who knows, maybe a Japanese or Brit bike?
