Especially when changing your own oil why skimp on expense. I change my 3 oils every 5000 miles with Mobil1, Spectro for trans and primary. The end result is a great running bike. So for the extra $26.00 every 5,000 over the long haul does not really matter.

+1--- By changing you're own oil you're saving approx. $60 in labor at the dealer. Personally I use Amsoil, but that's just what I like, any good synthetic and don't worry about it for 5000 miles, I don't think it would be good to push a dino oil that far.JMHO
