Sorry it has taken so long to respond. I found the problem under the fairing. Tracing the wire from the handle bars to the frame, I discovered a wire bundle that somehow was not secure where it should be. In checking the bundle, found insulation with small nick/hole where it was rubbing the cooling fin of the radio. Isolated the break in the insulation and secured the bundle up out of the way. Problem solved and work like a champ. No more blown fuses. Thanks for all the suggestions, but I'm sure glad I didn't have to remove the rear fender. Ride Safe.
