Bike wont start

I crossed two wires at the speedo guage one wire was a hot wire that went back to the TSM when I tried to start the bike it turned over but would not fire. We noticed that the speedo wasnt working and thats how we found the two crossed wires. We connected them up the right way and the speedo worked correctly but the bike still wouldnt fire. All other connections are good so I'm thinking it has to be the TSM
 
sorry it took so long to reply. THE BIKE STARTS:) put in a new TSM and i got spark but it still wouldnt start so we checked the fuel pump and had to replace that walla sweet sound I havent heard in over 9 months.
