back fire when letting off the throttle

When you say you had the stage one kit installed, did you specifically have the ECM changed or a power commander added. If not that is one of the symptoms!

You really don't want to remove the baffles, you need some back pressure to run properly.

The first things I think of for backfire on decel is not enough back pressure or too much fuel/air mixture (especially if you are putting on a fireworks display). If you are running without the baffles or cut-down baffles, you might want to try a set of torque cones. If your plugs are black you are running too rich. Did you re-map when you put the pipes and air cleaner on?

The stage 1 and exhaust were on the bike when i bought, I added a techlustion stealth unit made by DOBECK PERFORMANCE.

Does the Techlustion take the place of the factory ECM and if it does, do you now have access to modify all fuel maps and spark advance curves?

The TFI only does fuel Hoop.

And you wont like the tinny sound if these are stock mufflers
