Really? I just did the same thing and didn't notice any difference in performance or sound. Still running the stock slip ons for now. And it's still HOT!!!!! My right leg and my girlfriends on the back still gets hot as you know what, but it is cooler than before I changed it out. Hopefully that will all change once I do the stage I with new mufflers.

Yeah, I have the Ness big sucker stage one A/C, Rush Big Louie 4" slip-ons with 2-1/2" baffles and a V&H Fuel pak on mine running the map dyno tuned for rush slip-ons with true duals. Not much difference on the low end torque, but the top end really improved and came alive (between 4000 and 5500 RPM) with the no cat header. Drastic heat difference when fattening up the fuel mixture and letting the intake and exhaust flow easier (i.e. stage one, tuner, no cat exhaust, and slipons).
