Am I wrong wanting to buy a 1998 Dyna Convertible with 37,000 miles?

Below is a 1994 FXDS Conv that I bought in August for $3450 with 21,000 miles. Harley prices.are finally going down, not since the Shovel era has this happened (in California anyway). About time.
