You'll miss the old ride, but definitely lounge in the comfort of your new ultra. Going from a Sporty to Street Glide was huge for me & a little intimitating at first test ride. Didn't want to dump the dealer's bike while checking it out, but after the first few miles it was heaven. Haven't looked back since - you'll enjoy the change & creature comforts that come w/the touring class.

I rode an Ultra around the other day,and it actually rides smaller than it looks.It really surprised me.Eased it off the curb,slow rode it out of the lot.The balance was good,went a couple of miles ,taking it pretty ez.U turned it in the road and hammered that baby.For a 900lb bike,it moved pretty good.I'm only 5'8" and I don't have a problem touching flat footed.In fact I was sitting on the bike I'm buying in the showroom,and was flat footed in tennis shoes.So I'll be good with my boots on.
