91 Electriglide True Dual/ cracked y pipe

Common problem for cracks
Check or replace the rear hangar
If I remember right it had a weak bracket that bolted on down by the starter

To tell you the truth, the last thing I want to lose is low end. Most of my riding is two up and we also take road trips with baggage. I do not try to keep up my buddies with bobbers. Because like I tell them, beating my bike is like beating a school bus. What's the point. Maybe I'll just have it welded and keep my fingers crossed. The first weld lasted 25 years. Who knows, maybe the next time it cracks, it will be a trike. What to do? What to do? Thanx again for all of you input with this.. Now, as I look out of my window, it's snowing like a son- of-a-gun. I thing I have some time. But wait a minute, I did snow blow a path. Humm. Thanx again for all of your help. Bus Driver.

One of my winter projects is replace all of the rubber engine mounts like 76shovel mentioned. Just in case. They are 25 years old. Like every thing else, rubber does get old. Thanx again Bus Driver.
