Does this bike have a security fob?Have you tried having the extra fob present.
Is it in neutral, and what is the mileage on the bike.
Could be the kill switch or the start button has corrosion from water intrusion.
But really need to see if the starter has power and start signal.
Recheck battery main grounds to frame . Maybe 1 is loose.
