I'm with you Fisher, I guess I've been lucky, I haven't had any problems with dealers yet, but I have also been lucky to not have needed them yet for anything major. I do feel that I have stopped in enough to ask questions and gotten good service that I could take my bike in if I needed to. Also having 7 dealers less than an hour from me gives me lots of options. And you will always here more about the bad experiences than the good. :s
