What size apes can you have using stock cables

Does anybody know if and what size apes i can add utilizing the stock cables, and wires on a 2010 RK ?

I had the Heritage bars installed when i got the bike, and i just want to go a little higher, i was thinking maybe 12's?

Also, do i have to get risers as well or would they mount where the heritage bars are?

Do you have the 2011 H D parts and accessory book? It should list the ones you can use with out having to change cables or wires:s
