I've had my '16 FLTRU (Stage 1) for over a year now, and have always been wondering what pipes does it have. The previous owner didn't know or couldn't remember but they definitely are not stock. I don't see any stamps or markings to ID them and can't seem to match them up with anything I search for on the 'net. There is no catalytic converter in the crossover area, because you can shine a flashlight and see all the way up the pipe past the O2 sensors. Which also means the baffles in the slip on mufflers are the straight-through kind wrapped in some high-temp insulation.
The bike sounded pretty good when I got it but I LOVE the way the bike sounds now after removing the insulation from the baffles and reinstalling them bare. But I'd like to know just which exhaust system is on there. Anyone?
