What is the piece with the blue dot, the arrows pointing to it called?

Might be what they call a front motor mount cover. Designed to hide the jiffy stand mount and dress up that portion of the frame.

Found something similar on the web. No exact, but a starting point. kuryakyn motor mount cover for softail

I found out the part is an obsolete item from hd. The part number was 33825-00. Vtwin had them for a short period of time.
