Anybody know what is a best buy price for a stock 71 sportster rigid frame?

A stock 71 sportster would be a swing arm frame. Are you talking about a frame only or a complete sportster. A modified frame made into a rigid might be worth $100. It depends on the caliber of work. A stock frame is worth more, maybe $400. Whole bikes that old vary greatly in value, depends on their condition.
