Weekend in Canada

We took a short ride into Canada last weekend. About 600 mile round trip.
We left Spokane about 4 pm Friday to go to Nelson BC. Didn't bring any rain gear and as we got close to the boarder there were storm clouds so I backed off the speed to buy some time
Only time of importance was the 8 pm boarder closure, but we had an hour to spare.
Crossing was easy with the passport. And 1 hr to Nelson got us there before dark.
We checked out the town and settled for beer and pizza at the Humm Hotel bar.
We checked out the farmers market Saturday and also the water falls.

We than loaded up and headed north to Kaslo for beer and lunch look at the farmers market and walk the streets.

Than off to New Denver for the night.

Got up late Sunday and headed back home to Spokane Wa.
It was another great weekend trip.
The people we met up in Canada were great.
